Find Your Order Number
You can find your order number in the confirmation email we sent you when you made your purchase. It should look something like this: #12345. -
Track via the Link in Your Shipping Confirmation Email
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click on the tracking link provided to view your order’s current status. - Track via the carrier’s Online Tracking Service
For UK orders, you may simply enter your tracking number into the Royal Mail Tracking page. For international orders, you can use your local postal service’s tracking system eg. La Poste Tracking for France, or Correos Tracking for Spain. Alternatively, you may use the Global Track & Trace service for a fast update on your delivery. -

If you prefer to track your order on our site, enter your tracking number into our Online Tracker below, and click “Track.”
Where Can I See My Tracking Information?
Once your order is on its way, you can track it directly on the carrier’s website (example, Royal Mail). In your shipping confirmation email, you’ll find the tracking link that will take you straight to the carrier’s tracking page.
What if I Can’t Find My Tracking Information?
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email or cannot find your tracking number, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact us at help@whitesmileshop.co.uk or via WhatsApp at +44 07938865182, and we’ll help you get the information you need.
Order Not Showing as Delivered?
If your order has not arrived by the expected date, don’t worry! Delivery times can sometimes be delayed due to factors outside our control. If it’s been more than 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us, and we’ll investigate the issue with the carrier.
