UK Delivery

We offer reliable delivery within the UK through Royal Mail. Delivery times and costs are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery:

    • Delivery Time: 2-3 working days
    • Cost: £4 (Free for orders over £70)
  • Priority Delivery:

    • Delivery Time: next day
    • Cost: £5 (Free for orders over £70)
  • Express Delivery:

    • Delivery Time: Guaranteed by 1pm (Free for orders over £70)
    • Cost: £8

PLEASE NOTE: Customers must spend £70 for Free UK Shipping.

Orders placed after 2 PM on weekdays or over the weekend will be processed the next working day.

International Deliveries

We are pleased to offer international shipping to a wide range of countries. All International Deliveries are handled by the Royal Mail International Tracked service.

  • Europe:

    • Delivery Time: 5-7 working days
    • Cost: £8
  • Rest of the World:

    • Delivery Time: 7 working days
    • Cost: £12

PLEASE NOTE International orders can take longer to arrive. This is mainly due to customs delays and depending on your country, it may take several weeks to receive your parcel. If your order is delayed in customs, please get in touch. 

Customs Fees: items ordered from our website are generally of low value and therefore will not be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. For example, any orders destined for the EU that are under €150 are exempt of customs duty.

1. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the Royal Mail website or your local postal carrier’s site if your order is being shipped internationally. For full tracking info, hop over to our Track My Order page.

2. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer Free UK Delivery on all orders £70+. 

3. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to change the delivery address. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

4. What happens if my order doesn’t arrive on time?
If your order has not arrived within the specified delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it.

5. Can I select a delivery date?
We currently do not offer the option to select a specific delivery date. However, our delivery partners will provide you with a tracking number to keep you informed of your parcel’s progress.

6. Will I be charged additional customs fees for international orders?

7. My package is damaged. What should I do?
We are sorry to hear that your package was damaged. Please contact us immediately with details of the damage, so we can assist you with a return or exchange.
