- Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Return your unwanted item using the returns address provided.
- We’ll do the rest! As soon as we receive your item, a refund or replacement will be provided.
4. Return Shipping
Returns are free! Every order comes with a returns label that can be easily attached to your parcel. Then simply send it in the mail and your job is done. We’ll do the rest!
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 5 working days for the money to reach your account.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
